Whether 1 month or 3 years from time of your purchase. We will repair or replace your holster at no extra cost to you. We do, however, understand kydex is a hard thermal plastic and can take some getting accustomed to. Order cancellations can not be processed after 24 hours from order being placed. Returns are accepted within 30 days however, due to the custom nature of our product all returned items will incur a 25% restocking fee. The fee is applied for anything other than Black. If your item doesn’t function as intended due to the manufacturing defect on our part, we will repair or replace your item at no extra cost. If we are at fault a full refund is also a viable option.
